About The Position

In this role, the Team Member will focus on the overall customer experience by providing extraordinary customer service, preparing efficient, consistent, and quality beverages, and providing a clean and well-maintained store environment. This position starts with 10-15 hours/week. Additional hours may be earned based on performance.

Requirements

Must be able to regularly lift at least 45 lbs.
Availability on one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) is required.
Capability of working collaboratively to meet store needs
Well-organized, self-motivated, and positive team attitude
Proficiency in basic math skills
Flexibility to perform many different tasks within the store during each shift
Capacity to learn quickly, carry out oral and written instructions, and request clarification when needed
Must be able to maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
Capability to adhere to instructions provided by supervisor and management.
Ability to interact productively with coworkers to meet store goals

Responsibilities

Interacting with our customers effectively and empathetically to grasp their needs through clear communication.
Ensuring accurate processing of cash and card transactions.
Consistently prepare high-quality products based company's recipes and each customer's needs
Adapting and following instructions using adequate comprehension skills
Adhering to safety policies and procedures, including security, handling equipment, etc. (first in, first out)
Reporting to work at the prescribed time for each scheduled shift and to fulfill the job requirements for the duration of the shift
Communicating effectively and proactively with management and team members
Performing all work-related tasks as assigned by your supervisor
