Requirements
- Ability to work with children
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- All employees must cross-train as a swim instructor/lifeguard
Nice To Haves
- Prior related leadership and teaching experience is preferred (supervisory roles)
Responsibilities
- Varies per role – Inquire within to learn more about these role opportunities and responsibilities
- Advance through cross-training in multiple roles and substitutes when necessary.
- All employees are expected to cross-train as a Swim Instructor
- Provide a Golden Experience to our students, families, and team members
