We are seeking team members for part-time work during the week and/or weekends. We’re looking for energetic, hardworking, quick learners to join our team. In this position, you will assist in the operation of Blue Moon Estate Sales client sales. During events, you should be outgoing, friendly, and approachable on the sales floor. A sales mindset and strong customer service skills are essential, as you will interact directly with customers. You will also assist with restaging items during the event to encourage additional purchases and maintain the flow of the sale. Over time, you may be asked to act as a cashier during sales events. Efficient checkout is vital, as this area can become a bottleneck. Strong people skills, the ability to remain calm under pressure, and comfort with numbers are important for success in this role.
