Requirements

Must be able to stand, bend, and reach for the duration of your shift while maintaining a customer service mindset
Donation Attendants must be able to lift, push, and pull a minimum of 50 pounds and maintain customer service standards when interacting with donors

Nice To Haves

One year of customer service, retail, or production experience is preferred

Responsibilities

For Production Associates: Price donations according to guidelines to maximize funds for the mission
For Production Associates: Achieve pricing goals
For Production Associates: Maintain an efficient flow of donations to ensure a smooth customer service experience on the sales floor
For Donation Attendants: Greet and thank donors while carefully accepting their donations
For Donation Attendants: Help keep the production area organized by sorting donations as they come in
For Donation Attendants: Deliver excellent customer service to donors and team members alike
For Sales Floor Associates: Organize the sales floor and make it easy for customers to find items
For Sales Floor Associates: Serve as ambassadors for Goodwill by providing outstanding customer service
For Sales Floor Associates: Answer any questions that customers may have about Goodwill or donations
For Sales Floor Associates: Ensure a pleasant shopping experience for customers
For Cashiers: Build relationships with customers
For Cashiers: Accurately ring up sales transactions
For Cashiers: Inform customers how their purchases are helping someone get a job
For Cashiers: Ensure customer service excellence
