You are the face of the company and will provide Uncompromising Standards of Quality and Service by ensuring Hot food is always served hot, cold food cold, all food fresh, in a clean environment, in full uniform with a smile.

Requirements

• Excellent guest service skills are required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, and strong work ethic.
• Flexible schedule; could include nights and weekends.
• At least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Greets customers and take their order
• Creates sandwich to customers liking
• Cuts and preps vegetables and meat for sandwiches
• Washes dishes
• Stocks paper/condiments/inventory as needed
• Operates POS and makes change as needed
• Must adhere to Capriotti’s high standard of food quality and recipes.
• Complete all training programs assigned to the specific duty.
