About The Position

Bruegger's Bagels is seeking Team Members to join their bakery team. The company emphasizes serving genuine, New York-style bagels and real, made-in-Vermont cream cheese, while also committing to work-life balance for its employees, with stores closing at 2 pm daily. Team Members are considered the "secret ingredient" and brand ambassadors, responsible for creating a positive guest experience from the moment they walk in. This involves providing excellent guest service, ensuring the quality of food and beverages, and maintaining a safe and clean store environment. The role offers opportunities for career growth, with many General Managers having started as Team Members or Shift Leaders.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years or older
• Must be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates including early hours (as early as 3am depending on the restaurant) and weekends
• Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
