Requirements

• Must be able to stand, bend, and reach for the duration of your shift while maintaining a customer service mindset.
• Donation Attendants must be able to lift, push, and pull a minimum of 50 pounds and maintain customer service standards when interacting with donors.

• One year of customer service, retail, or production experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pricing donations according to guidelines to maximize mission funding (Production Associates)
• Achieving pricing goals (Production Associates)
• Maintaining an efficient flow of donations (Production Associates)
• Greeting and thanking donors (Donation Attendant)
• Carefully accepting donations (Donation Attendant)
• Keeping the production area organized by sorting donations (Donation Attendant)
• Delivering excellent customer service to donors and team members (Donation Attendant)
• Organizing the sales floor (Sales Floor Associates)
• Making it easy for customers to find what they're looking for (Sales Floor Associates)
• Providing outstanding customer service (Sales Floor Associates)
• Answering customer questions about Goodwill or donations (Sales Floor Associates)
• Helping customers navigate the store (Sales Floor Associates)
• Ensuring a pleasant shopping experience (Sales Floor Associates)
• Building relationships with customers (Cashier)
• Accurately ringing up sales transactions (Cashier)
• Informing customers how their purchases are helping someone get a job (Cashier)
• Ensuring customer service excellence (Cashier)
