About The Position

Join the dynamic team at Tommy's Express Car Wash, a new addition to Scranton! At Tommy's Express Car Wash, we deliver the ultimate car wash experience. You will see the differences immediately with the attractive, iconic design of our facility. Customers experience the difference with our self-loading conveyor belts in our bright & open wash tunnel, environmentally friendly yet powerful detergents, as well as our state-of-the-art vacuum systems. As a Team Member, you'll play a crucial role in providing our customers with an exceptional car washing experience.

Requirements

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.

Nice To Haves

• Basic mechanical aptitude is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain state-of-the-art car wash equipment
• Be trained in all positions - Customer Service, Loader and Vacuum Concierge
• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Actively promote and sell car washes and unlimited club memberships
• Perform routine maintenance tasks to maintain our car wash, vacuum center, and grounds for all customer needs
• Uphold company standards for quality and customer satisfaction.
