About The Position

At Bruegger’s, we’ve been kettle cooking our bagels and serving tradition you can taste for over 35 Years! We are committed to serving genuine, New York-style bagels and real, made-in-Vermont cream cheese, as well as ensuring work-life balance for our team, with stores closing at 2pm. We are looking for Team Members who are ready to work, have fun, and bring a smile to guests each day. Team Members are considered the secret ingredient in the bakery, with their personalities setting the company apart. They are expected to make every guest feel welcomed, act as brand ambassadors, promote the company by creating a positive guest experience, provide excellent guest service, ensure food and beverage quality, and maintain a safe and clean store environment. The position offers opportunities for career growth, with many General Managers having started as Team Members or Shift Leaders.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years or older
• Must be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates including early hours (as early as 3am depending on the restaurant) and weekends
• Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

• Restaurant, retail, or guest service experience a plus, but not required!
