About The Position

At Noah’s New York Bagels, we are a friendly gathering place committed to serving fresh-baked bagels and food you feel good about eating since 1989. We prioritize work-life balance for our team, with stores closing at 2pm, ensuring no evening or night shifts. We are looking for Team Members who are ready to work, have fun, and bring a smile to guests daily. Our Team Members are crucial in creating a positive guest experience, acting as brand ambassadors, ensuring food and beverage quality, and maintaining a safe and clean store environment. This role offers opportunities for career growth, with many General Managers having started as Team Members or Shift Leaders.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years or older
• Must be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates including early hours (as early as 3am depending on the restaurant) and weekends
• Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

• Restaurant, retail, or guest service experience a plus
