About The Position

At Einstein Bros. Bagels, Team Members are essential to creating a joyful and happy environment for guests, with a commitment to work-life balance as stores close at 2 PM. The role involves being a brand ambassador, ensuring every guest feels welcomed, and promoting a positive experience. Team Members are responsible for maintaining the quality of food and beverages and keeping a safe and clean store environment. The company encourages career growth, with many General Managers having started as Team Members or Shift Leaders.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years or older
• Must be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates including early hours (as early as 3am depending on the restaurant) and weekends
• Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
