You’ll help deliver our mission of “Sharing Our Passion One Sandwich at a Time” by preparing delicious food, serving guests with a smile, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment. You’ll work as part of a collaborative team to ensure every guest enjoys the same high-quality food and service that has made Capriotti’s a fan favorite nationwide. You are the face of the company and will provide Uncompromising Standards of Quality and Service by ensuring Hot food is always served hot, cold food cold, all food fresh, in a clean environment, in full uniform with a smile.

Requirements

Must be at least 14 years of age
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment
Dependable, adaptable, and team-oriented
Basic math skills (for cash handling and inventory)
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Positive attitude and commitment to Capriotti’s standards of Quality, Passion, and Pride

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly, professional attitude
Take guest orders accurately and efficiently at the register or drive-thru (where applicable)
Prepare sandwiches, salads, and other menu items according to Capriotti’s recipes and standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant, including kitchen, dining area, and restrooms
Ensure food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed at all times
Handle cash and credit transactions responsibly and accurately
Work collaboratively with team members and management to create a positive, high-energy environment
Complete assigned training programs and participate in ongoing skill development
