About The Position

The Team Member is responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience by preparing high -quality food, providing friendly and efficient service, and maintaining a clean and organized restaurant environment. This role is hands -on and fast -paced, requiring teamwork, attention to detail, and a positive attitude. Team Members represent the sneakybird brand through professionalism, hospitality, and consistency.

Requirements

  • No prior restaurant experience required (training provided)
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast -paced environment
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests promptly and provide friendly, knowledgeable service
  • Take accurate orders in person and through online platforms
  • Address guest questions or concerns in a professional and timely manner
  • Promote menu items, add -ons, and the sneakybird rewards program
  • Prepare menu items according to sneakybird standards and recipes
  • Ensure order accuracy, food quality, and presentation
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Maintain speed and consistency during peak hours
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked work area
  • Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned
  • Complete daily prep lists and operational checklists
  • Support team members to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Work collaboratively with managers and teammates
  • Accept coaching and feedback positively
  • Uphold sneakybird brand standards and company values
  • Maintain punctuality and reliability for scheduled shifts
