The 'Team Member' role encompasses various positions including Production Associates, who price donations to maximize mission funding and ensure efficient flow; Donation Attendants, who greet donors, accept donations, and organize the production area; Sales Floor Associates, who organize the sales floor, assist customers, and act as Goodwill ambassadors; and Cashiers, who process sales, build customer relationships, and highlight the mission's impact. All roles prioritize excellent customer service and contribute to a fulfilling work experience.

Requirements

• Must be able to stand, bend, and reach for the duration of your shift while maintaining a customer service mindset.
• Donation Attendants must be able to lift, push, and pull a minimum of 50 pounds and maintain customer service standards when interacting with donors.

Nice To Haves

• One year of customer service, retail, or production experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Price donations according to pricing guidelines to maximize mission funding.
• Maintain an efficient flow of donations.
• Greet and thank donors while carefully accepting their donations.
• Help keep the production area organized by sorting donations as they come in.
• Organize the sales floor and make it easy for customers to find what they're looking for.
• Provide outstanding customer service and answer customer questions about Goodwill or donations.
• Accurately ring up sales transactions.
• Inform customers how their purchases are helping someone get a job.
