QDOBA is now hiring energetic, hospitality-oriented individuals! POSITION SUMMARY: As a Team Member, your primary role is preparing food and serving our guests. At Qdoba, we bring flavor to peoples' lives. This means we highly value the diversity and flavor our employees bring to the table.
Responsibilities
- Prepare food according to specifications by using approved recipes, proper portioning, and food prep logs/tools.
- Enthusiastically greet guests when they enter the restaurant and serve them following brand guidelines.
- Restock front line with prepared product.
- Clean, organize, and restock all stations.
- Monitor and ensure the quality of food and cleanliness of the restaurant.
- Adhere to all food safety, sanitation, safety, security policies and procedures to provide a healthy and safe environment for all guests and team members.
- Perform other tasks as directed by management.
- Serve as an ambassador for QDOBA and maintain a cooperative, respectful working relationship with management and fellow team members.
- Strive to exceed guest expectations every day.
- Have fun and maintain a positive attitude at all times!
