Requirements

• Must be able to stand, bend, and reach for the duration of your shift while maintaining a customer service mindset
• Donation Attendants must be able to lift, push, and pull a minimum of 50 pounds and maintain customer service standards when interacting with donors

• One year of customer service, retail, or production experience is preferred

Responsibilities

• Production Associates: Price donations according to guidelines to maximize mission funding
• Production Associates: Achieve pricing goals
• Production Associates: Maintain an efficient flow of donations to support a smooth customer service experience
• Donation Attendants: Greet and thank donors
• Donation Attendants: Carefully accept donations
• Donation Attendants: Help keep the production area organized by sorting incoming donations
• Donation Attendants: Deliver excellent customer service to donors and team members
• Sales Floor Associates: Organize the sales floor to facilitate customer browsing
• Sales Floor Associates: Serve as ambassadors for Goodwill by providing outstanding customer service
• Sales Floor Associates: Answer customer questions about Goodwill or donations
• Sales Floor Associates: Help customers navigate the store and ensure a pleasant shopping experience
• Cashier: Build relationships with customers
• Cashier: Accurately ring up sales transactions
• Cashier: Inform customers how their purchases support job creation
• Cashier: Ensure customer service excellence
