About The Position

As a Team Member at White Castle, you will play a vital role in creating memorable moments for customers while serving The Original Slider®. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy a fast-paced environment and are eager to learn. You will be trained in various aspects of customer service, food preparation, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Requirements

• Must love to smile, laugh, and have fun!
• 1+ years of food service or management experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours during a shift and lift 30-50 lbs repeatedly.
• Enjoy working in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
• Must be a good person, a team player, and treat others with care and respect.
• Must be at least 16 years of age at the time of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service at the cash register and drive-thru.
• Prepare food orders and maintain sanitation standards.
• Work with the fryer and griddle as needed.
• Promote and drive White Castle initiatives to increase brand loyalty.
