About The Position

White Castle is seeking enthusiastic team members to join their family-oriented environment, where the focus is on creating memorable moments for customers while serving their iconic Original Slider®. This role offers flexible part-time and full-time opportunities, with comprehensive training provided for those without prior experience. Team members will engage in various tasks, including customer service, food preparation, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Requirements

• Must love to smile, laugh, and have fun!
• 1+ years of food service or management experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours during a shift and lift 30-50 lbs repeatedly.
• Enjoy working in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
• Must be at least 16 years of age at the time of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service at the cash register and drive-thru.
• Prepare and serve food orders, including working with fryers and griddles.
• Maintain sanitation and cleanliness in the work area.
• Promote and drive White Castle initiatives to enhance brand loyalty.
• Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment.
