Responsibilities
- Ensure guests receive the best experience possible.
- Prepare guest orders accurately and efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with guests and handle questions and concerns professionally.
- Maintain an organized, stocked, and sanitary workspace.
- Participate in all Firehouse Subs Public Safety Foundation fundraising initiatives.
- Complete other restaurant functions such as cashier or cleaning as directed by management.
- Adhere to all established food and safety guidelines.
- Lift up to 50 lbs as required.
Requirements
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent menu and product knowledge.
- Accountable for the preparation of the guest's order.
- Team player.
- Willingness to thank guests sincerely for their business.
- Ability to maintain a safe work environment.
