About The Position

As a Team Member at Panera Bread, you will be an integral part of our daily operations, contributing to a vibrant and welcoming environment. In this role, you will be the face of Panera, responsible for ensuring that every customer has a memorable experience. Your duties will include preparing and prepping food, taking food and drink orders, and greeting customers with a warm smile. You will also operate cash registers, handle payments, and maintain cleanliness in both the dining and kitchen areas. This includes clearing and cleaning tables, emptying trash cans, and ensuring that the floors are washed or vacuumed regularly.
