About The Position

The Crew Member at Dave's Hot Chicken is responsible for providing excellent guest service, food preparation, and maintaining cleanliness within the restaurant. Requirements

• Current student or high school diploma/GED preferred.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and commitment to guest satisfaction.
• Effective communication skills with co-workers and management.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a fast speed of service and resolve guest questions and concerns.
• Follow the DHC Training Program to learn new skills and responsibilities.
• Communicate with supervisors for additional training guidance as needed.
• Understand the impact of job responsibilities on guests and restaurant operations.
• Greet guests, record orders, and serve food and beverages positively and helpfully.
• Work with co-workers to prepare menu items while following safety and sanitary requirements.
• Use kitchen machinery and equipment such as ice cream dispensers and fryers.
• Ensure daily restaurant cleanliness by clearing tables, sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing utensils and high-touch areas.
• Handle guest concerns and complaints professionally to resolve issues according to policy.
• Maintain a neat appearance by adhering to the uniform policy.
• Work productively in a fast-paced environment and support the restaurant management team.
