The position involves various duties primarily focused on food preparation and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment. The individual will be responsible for cooking pizzas, assisting with the preparation of other menu items such as spicy wings, salads, and desserts, and ensuring compliance with portion sizes and quality standards. The role also includes maintaining a sanitary workstation, keeping the area stocked and clean, organizing the make table, controlling the flow of traffic in the kitchen, and helping out in other areas of the restaurant as needed. Additionally, the employee will complete opening and/or closing checklists and perform other duties as assigned by Company Management.
