Responsibilities

• Providing excellent service to customers to meet their hunger needs and fulfill their dreams of making a difference in the community.
• Designing and preparing our meatiest sandwiches (only for those ages 18+).
• Maintaining a clean and safe environment for teams and customers.
• Ensuring a positive and inviting customer experience by efficiently taking and preparing orders.
• Building positive and inspiring relationships with customers and coworkers.
• Having fun while working!

Requirements

• Desire to grow and succeed in personal and professional development.
• Strong people-oriented relationship skills and foundational professional skills.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs and use hands to prepare sandwiches.
• Drive, determination, punctuality, and responsibility in working scheduled shifts.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in customer service or food service industry.
