The Innovation & Design Office (IDO) exists to increase the metabolism of the enterprise by transforming how we think, work, and lead including our end to end approach to learning, development, talent strategy, innovation, and process improvement. The Team Member, Talent Strategy & Programming will support the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of enterprise wide talent strategies and programs. You will contribute to developing data informed solutions, coordinating program logistics, partnering with business stakeholders, and helping ensure a seamless experience for participants. This role is ideal for someone who is curious, resourceful, detail oriented, energized by learning, and excited to be part of building Equitable’s next generation talent development approach. To succeed in this role, the team member will need to be able to work independently but also collaborate with and lead others, thrive in an ambiguous environment and have a relentless focus on outcomes.
