About The Position

The mission of the Team Member Service Champion at Taco Bell is to deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for all guests. This role is critical in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing friendly, accurate, and efficient service both in-store and through the drive-thru. The Service Champion is responsible for upholding the cleanliness and operational standards of the restaurant, which includes greeting customers, taking orders, handling payments, and ensuring that the dining area is clean and well-stocked. The position requires a commitment to meeting speed targets for drive-thru service and ensuring that every order is triple-checked for accuracy. The Service Champion must also be knowledgeable about the menu to assist customers with their inquiries and provide a friendly atmosphere that encourages repeat business. In addition to customer service, the Service Champion is tasked with various cleaning duties, including maintaining the restrooms and dining areas, stocking drink and condiment stations, and ensuring the parking lot is free of trash. This role is essential in creating a positive dining experience for customers and requires a proactive approach to cleanliness and service. The position may involve working in varying temperatures and requires physical stamina to move throughout the restaurant for extended periods, handle heavy items, and respond to requests in a loud environment.
