As a team member at Taco Bell, you will be an integral part of our restaurant family, where your primary focus will be on providing exceptional service to our customers. Starting at a minimum wage of $16 an hour, with the potential to earn up to a $2,000 bonus, this position offers a great opportunity to grow and develop your skills in a fast-paced environment. You will be working in a franchise location, which means that while you will be part of the Taco Bell brand, your employer will be an independent franchisee who sets their own wage and benefit programs. In this role, you will embody a "Here to Serve" attitude, ensuring that every customer interaction is friendly and accurate. Your responsibilities will include operating the restaurant drive-thru, taking and ringing up customer orders, and managing various payment methods. You will also be involved in preparing and storing food ingredients and beverage orders, ensuring that they are correct before packaging them for customers. Maintaining a clean and safe work environment is crucial, as is providing a pleasant dining experience for our guests. Key behaviors that will contribute to your success in this position include being friendly and helpful to both customers and co-workers, actively meeting customer needs, and taking initiative to resolve any food or service issues that may arise. You will work closely with other team members and be open to coaching from the leadership team, all while maintaining a clean and tidy appearance and demonstrating good work habits.
