About The Position

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dependable Team Member to join our dynamic team. If you’re passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to meet you! This role requires flexible availability, with a primary need for morning shifts (Monday–Friday, 7:30am–1:30pm). Occasional evening or weekend shifts may be available.

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or the restaurant industry is a plus.
• Knowledge of food safety and handling procedures is required.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and processing orders.
• Comfortable working under pressure and adjusting to changing priorities.
• Willingness to pitch in wherever needed and collaborate to achieve team goals.
• Monday–Friday, 7:30am–1:30pm. Flexible availability is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service : Greet customers warmly, assist with their orders, and ensure a positive experience from start to finish.
• Order accuracy & payment processing : Take customer orders accurately, process payments, and handle transactions with precision.
• Prepare and serve food & beverages : Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure food and beverages are prepared and served to the highest standard.
• Upsell & enhance customer experience : Recommend additional products to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
• Maintain cleanliness : Ensure the dining area and kitchen are organized and cleaned throughout your shift.
• Team collaboration : Work closely with team members to ensure smooth operations and efficient service.
• Restock inventory : Assist with restocking supplies and ensuring all items are readily available for service.
