About The Position

The Team Member Relations Leader at Old National Bank is a senior-level role focused on enhancing team member relations and ensuring compliance with employment laws. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant area or equivalent work experience.
  • 10+ years of experience in Human Resources, particularly in talent development and team member relations.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws, including Wage and Hour, Worker's Compensation, FMLA/ADA, and FLSA.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in banking or financial services is preferred.

Nice To Haves

  • HRCI/SHRM HR Certification is desirable.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership around the organization's team member relations strategy.
  • Serve as the escalation point for team member relations matters.
  • Consult and guide Talent Partners/Talent Managers on team member relation issues.
  • Conduct investigations as required and lead team member relations matters when needed.
  • Review involuntary separation recommendations and develop policies and procedures.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and recommend strategies for improvement.
  • Manage the HR Compliance Dashboard and the problem resolution process.
  • Monitor state laws and regulations to ensure compliance with company practices.
  • Review handbook policies and HR procedures, providing recommendations for updates.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor AAP programs and procedures in collaboration with stakeholders.
