We're now hiring year-round, part-time instructors with leadership opportunities available within your first 3-6 months. Requirements

• Ability to swim and pass a basic swim test (50 yards).
• Must be lifeguard, CPR & AED certified, with training provided.
• Commit to missing no more than one class every 6 weeks.
• Ability to be in the water for 4 hours at a time.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in child care, camp counseling, or teaching.
• Background in athletics, art, or theater.
• Previous customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Teach swimming lessons to children in a fun and engaging manner.
• Participate in pre-shift meetings and arrive 15 minutes before lessons start.
• Find and prepare substitute teachers when unable to teach.
• Maintain a high level of attendance (80-90%) for scheduled classes.
