About The Position

It's Boba Time in West Hills is seeking enthusiastic Team Members to join our crew. This role involves various responsibilities including barista duties, kitchen prep, cleaning, and overall support for daily operations. We are looking for individuals who can work flexible hours and contribute positively to our team culture.

Requirements

• Must be over 18 years old for night shift.
• Available to work flexible hours (20 to 40 hours per week) including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Ability to demonstrate or be trained in food safety and proper food handling.
• Regular and punctual attendance is required.
• Act with integrity and promote the culture and values of It's Boba Time.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with enthusiasm and positivity.
• Strong work ethic and team player mentality.
• Legal status to work in the US.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in the food/beverage retail industry is preferred but not required.
• Great customer service skills are a plus.
