About The Position
We are looking for our next "Rock Star" employee to join our Mickey Mart team. This position is essential for maintaining a positive and efficient work environment, where team members will interact with both employees and customers. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service and communication skills, be a problem solver, and work well in a team-oriented atmosphere. Self-motivation is key, as team members will be expected to take initiative and contribute to the overall success of the store. This role requires flexibility in working hours, as shifts may vary, including day and evening shifts, and may include rotating weekends. Additionally, team members will need to be physically capable of lifting objects up to 40 lbs and standing for extended periods of time.
