DOE Position Responsibilities: Setup and operate Automatic Machines to produce a variety of parts Set up and operate in a department of Key Bitters and Embossers Must be able to operate and understand computers Troubleshoot issues and make machine adjustments as needed Maintain excellent quality and high efficiency Follow all plant Safety procedures and regulations Perform daily housekeeping duties to keep work area clean and organized Support quality and compliance by adhering to all procedures, work instructions, and forms per the Quality System (e.g., applicable inspection, verification, and disposition procedures, and/or instructions and forms required as part of the process) May be required to perform other tasks as needed by the Company Essential Skills and Experience: High School Diploma or GED (General Education Diploma) equivalent Strong math background, preferably in machine/shop math Attention to detail Able to work in an environment of oil, coolant, and chips Must be able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment CompX National is an Equal Opportunity Employer Please note: your application may not be considered if you do not provide your education and work history, either by 1) uploading a resume, or 2) entering the information in the application fields directly.

Requirements

  • Strong math background, preferably in machine/shop math
