About The Position

Requirements

• One year of retail or production experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, bend, and reach for the duration of the shift.
• Donation Attendants must be able to lift, push, and pull a minimum of 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Support the Goodwill Mission by pricing donations for sale on the sales floor.
• Achieve pricing goals and strategically price donations according to guidelines.
• Greet and thank donors while accepting their donations as a Donation Attendant.
• Sort and organize donations in the production area.
• Organize the sales floor to assist customers in finding items they are looking for.
• Build relationships with customers and accurately ring up sales transactions as a Cashier.
