Requirements and Responsibilities: We are looking for applicants who exhibit the following qualities: Consistency and Reliability Cheerful and Positive Attitude Detail-oriented, results-focused with strong performance culture Loves Serving and Helping Others Be at least 16 years of age Applicants must be able to: Smile Create and Maintain Eye Contact Make Emotional Connections with Guests Honor and encourage others to follow the visions and values of the restaurant Have the ability to multitask quickly, yet thoroughly Present a team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, and strong work ethic Have the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members Work on their feet for several hours at a time Back of House Responsibilities Include: Working in a fast paced, high energy environment. Continually observing and implementing the proper quality-assurance and food-safety procedures. Commitment to quality food service & great customer service. Willing to give your best at all times.
