About The Position

The position involves verifying inventory computations by comparing them to physical counts of stock and investigating discrepancies or adjusting errors. This includes cycle counting all consignment and branch inventories and researching shipping discrepancies. The role also requires preparing products, supplies, equipment, or other items for shipment confirmation and hospital placement, as well as storing items in an orderly and accessible manner. Responsibilities include requesting updated customer consignment agreement forms annually, working with branch management and sales to optimize inventory levels, and implementing quality initiatives throughout the branch. The candidate will also implement and educate branch staff on Stryker procedures and best practices to maintain accurate inventory records in the ERP system. Additionally, the role involves carrying out inventory projects and keeping management informed of progress from start to finish.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid Driver's license with good driving record.
  • Must be able to work flexibly to fit business needs.
  • Must have the ability to lift, push, pull and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Suite.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate's Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of principles and methods for product or order fulfillment.
  • Demonstrated computer skills (e.g. Outlook, Excel, Access, ERP, and Word).
  • Experience with ERP/SAP/Oracle.
