Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and address customer needs promptly.
• Perform opening, mid, and closing duties as assigned.
• Follow department procedures for preparing, storing, rotating, and stocking products.
• Prepare, package, weigh, and price products for sale.
• Monitor product quality and freshness, ensuring proper product rotation.
• Maintain clean and well-stocked cases and shelves.
• Complete spoilage, sampling, temperature, and sweep logs as required.
• Assist with periodic inventory checks.
• Arrive on time, appropriately groomed, and ready to work; attend required trainings and meetings.
• Maximize sales potential through effective product preparation and merchandising.
• Ensure compliance with established procedures, including health and sanitation standards.
• Report safety hazards and violations immediately.
• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
