About The Position

As a Team Member at Chick-Fil-A, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for travelers. Your responsibilities will include food preparation, maintaining cleanliness, and operating the point-of-sale system, all while adhering to company policies and food safety standards.

Requirements

• Ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly manner.
• Cash handling and customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Frequent bending, twisting, lifting, and carrying of at least 40 pounds.
• Ability to speak, read, and comprehend instructions and policy documents.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to travelers.
• Thoroughly clean and stock workstations and equipment.
• Process accurate payment transactions using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Prepare and serve quality food while following food handling procedures.
• Engage in positive interactions with customers to enhance their experience.
• Cross-sell and up-sell products to customers.
• Maintain knowledge of products and services available in the plaza.
• Follow brand standards and company policies and procedures.
