Your commitment will help Warburtons manufacture and deliver products that are unbeatable in quality, making you an invaluable player in our success story. As a Team Member, you'll flex your skills across multiple departments, from maintaining hygiene standards to manning the production line and warehouse. Working with innovative bakery machinery and automated plant equipment will be your bread and butter, and at times, you'll be the maestro orchestrating these operations in our food manufacturing wonderland. Safety isn't just a buzzword – it's our core. We uphold our high Company standards and adhere to statutory hygiene regulations with unwavering dedication. As a Team Member, you will be instrumental in supporting the decisions that keep us in line with these standards, ensuring a secure and top-quality environment.
Our Stockton bakery, based in the North East has recently seen an investment of over £18 million pounds in our manufacturing operations creating a new thin bagel line! So with state of the art machinery and a team of over 100 strong, we’re ensuring that our quality freshly baked products are the very best quality and ready for delivery across the UK!

Requirements

• Able to work a flexible shift pattern which include days, nights, weekends and Bank Holidays
• Experience in a similar role within FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods)
• Ability to work in a safe manner and consider the safety of others
• A good attention to detail with a firm focus on Quality and Health & Safety
• Able to adapt well to change and undertake a variety of activities across our operation
• Demonstrating teamwork and communicating effectively developing relationships with team members and other teams across the site
