About The Position

An A&W Team Member at LV Petroleum is responsible for delivering friendly, fast, and accurate service to guests while preparing high-quality food and maintaining a clean and welcoming restaurant environment. Key duties include warmly greeting guests, taking orders, ensuring prompt and correct order delivery, and accurately processing cash, card, and mobile transactions using a POS system. Team Members also address customer questions and concerns professionally. Food preparation involves cooking and assembling orders according to A&W recipes and standards, as well as preparing beverages like root beer floats and soft drinks, all while adhering to food safety and cleanliness procedures. The role also requires maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen, dining, and restroom areas, restocking supplies, and performing assigned opening, mid-shift, or closing duties. Teamwork is crucial, involving collaboration with colleagues for efficient operations, effective communication with managers and coworkers, and a willingness to assist in other tasks as needed.
