Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a smile and receive orders.
• Process payments and respond to customer issues appropriately.
• Operate cash register or point of sale devices and use suggestive-selling techniques.
• Communicate positively with customers, peers, and managers.
• Verify the accuracy of guests' orders.
• Prepare and package food and drink products.
• Clean kitchen areas, counters, food preparation areas, and utensils.
• Clean dining room, restrooms, and exterior grounds.
• Maintain health and safety standards in work areas.
• Unload and stock inventory items as needed.
• Perform duties at multiple workstations.
• Attend assigned shifts punctually and regularly.
• Follow uniform and grooming standards and policies.
• Work with management to resolve issues that may arise in the restaurant.
