About The Position

As a team member at Pollo Nation, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to the preparation and service of food to customers, as well as maintaining a clean and pleasant dining environment. Your role will involve greeting customers, taking orders, preparing food, and ensuring the restaurant is clean and welcoming. You will work in a fast-paced environment and must be able to handle multiple tasks while maintaining a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Greet and thank customers
• Place customer food and beverage orders through verbal communication and/or automated systems
• Relay customer food and beverage orders from service counter to kitchen operations
• Cook, prepare, package and pour food and beverages using kitchen equipment
• Stock kitchen and customer service operations with necessary materials
• Fill food and beverage orders as part of coordinated operations
• Collect customer payments and return proper change
• Unload deliveries of food and materials to the restaurant
• Clean the interior and exterior of the restaurant premises
• Observe and follow alcoholic beverage laws when applicable
• Maintain safe public access to the restaurant
• Perform all other duties as assigned by management
