• Job requires High School Diploma or Equivalent

Responsibilities

• Responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Practices safe work habits and follows all safety procedures
• Notifies UC of all unsafe working conditions
• Identifies leaks and reports them to maintenance
• Performs quality checks on products before and after the process
• Set up for various gauges in the process
• Ability to machine polish bearing outers
• Ability to complete paperwork for all departments
• Ability to machine polish inners and outers for reconditioned bearings
• Ability to use the parts washer
• Ability to run the drill press, the Blanchard and the Hydmech saw
• Ability to stack and measure taper bearings
• Responsible for inspecting bearings for repairability
• Ability to complete paperwork for taper bearings
• Ability to create tooling to go to Quality Machine and Repair
• Responsible for training Team Member C
• Ability to machine polish bearing outers
• Ability to complete paperwork for all departments
• Ability to machine polish inners and outers for reconditioned bearings
