About The Position

Team Manager is a leadership position that manages other team members. It requires assisting multiple stores in the displaying and organizing of live plants within specified Walmart Garden Departments and training other full time and seasonal employees in the same tasks. 2 weeks paid vacation. 5 PTO days. Flexible work schedule Phone Stipend Reimbursement for using your personal phone. Mileage paid to and from stores and home. Bonus structure. Starting wage $14.00/hr

Requirements

Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) approved driving record (for employees 18 and older)
High school diploma or general education degree (GED), or one to three months related experience and/or training
Ability to establish and maintain a positive working relationship with store personnel
Ability to follow and execute merchandising direction as given to you by your supervisor
Ability to communicate initiatives to store personnel
Willingness to work with in-store customers to answer questions regarding the products
Acute attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
Commitment to excellence and high standards
Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm
Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace
Must have a smart phone updated with the latest operating system from IOS and/or Android and agree to have a mobile device management software installed on your device by the IT Department to load applications for the purpose of clocking in/out
