Provides employee relations in accordance with organizational policies and practices. Assists in strategic planning. Helps determine organization, unit and site goals. Directs workgroups daily activities, resolves problems, answers questions assigns and prioritizes work. Performs staffing and resource planning by scheduling resources and monitoring processes on a day by day basis, redeploying resources as needed. Develops employees through coaching and counseling, directing assignments, planning and directing training activities.
