About The Position

The position involves leading and managing a team to ensure success and accountability. The manager is responsible for implementing programs that promote over-achievement and address under-achievement. Continuous development of team members is a priority, with a focus on providing feedback, training, coaching, and career development. The role also includes hiring and onboarding new talents, ensuring their effective integration and ramp-up time. In addition to team management, the position requires overseeing and improving key performance metrics. This includes monitoring and forecasting team performance, tracking core inputs such as pick-up rates, lead response times, and sales pipeline generation. The manager will also work to increase the outbound weight in the sales mix. Driving commercial excellence is another critical aspect of the role. This involves implementing effective training and coaching sessions, ensuring the qualification of prospects, nurturing existing leads, and improving team productivity through various initiatives. The manager will actively contribute to building a 12-month commercial plan aimed at enhancing the company's annual recurring revenue (ARR) achievement by suggesting new strategies and playbooks. The role also emphasizes process improvement and collaboration. The manager will create new processes and projects to facilitate internal collaboration, particularly with Growth, RevOps, and People teams. Effective integration of new partners and providers is essential, as is collaboration with the AE Team to improve opportunity management and qualification processes. The manager will work closely with the Enablement team to build comprehensive onboarding and training programs.
