About the Role: As a Team Manager at the Rawsonville Components Plant, you will be at the heart of our manufacturing excellence. You will lead a high-performing team on the Internal Combustion Engine (ICE) side of our business, overseeing the production of critical components that power our iconic vehicle lineup. Your mission is to drive safety, quality, and productivity while fostering an inclusive and collaborative environment for our hourly workforce. In this role, you aren’t just a supervisor; you are a coach and a problem-solver. You will be responsible for translating our global manufacturing strategies into daily tactical success on the plant floor.
