These are at the forefront of delivering treatment to underserved communities by removing barriers to services and by establishing meaningful and trusting relationships with each individual and family. Our CBHC services include team based care, rapid response and flexible services that will enable us to serve as an entry point for timely, person-centered, mental health and addiction treatment on an urgent and ongoing basis for adults, children and families. Eliot's CBHC in Lynn is building a new team in our Urgent Care department, that will provide increased community outreach focusing on individuals experiencing substance use, behavioral health, and homelessness needs. The Team Manager is accountable for the oversight and management of their team's administrative and clinical functions. This includes tracking of overall service delivery and utilization of supports for those impacted by mental health, substance use and co-occurring disorders in the community. Providing leadership, support and clinical guidance to CBHC staff, you will direct services to ensure all individuals served are at the center of all care provided.
