About The Position
Stratosphere Quality is growing and we’re looking for driven individuals to join our team! Whether you’re starting your career in quality inspection or bringing years of leadership experience, we have opportunities for you. Meet with recruiters and hiring managers in person at our Job Fair and leave with a career Team Leads (TL) & Project Supervisors (PS) Lead and oversee inspection projects. Provide direction to team members and ensure customer satisfaction. Work along side employee to offer support and guidance through short staffing schedule needs Must have reliable transportation, a valid MVR, and be able to travel up to 1.5 hours to different projects. Minimum of 2 years leadership experience required.
Requirements
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to stand for extended periods (8–10 hours)
- Willingness to travel locally between client sites
- Leadership experience preferred for TL/PS roles
- Must pass background and drug screening
- Must have reliable transportation, a valid MVR, and be able to travel up to 1.5 hours to different projects.
- Minimum of 2 years leadership experience required.
