Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of sales experience preferred.
• 1 year of retail management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers about health and wellness products.
• Provide outstanding customer service and support.
• Demonstrate superior product knowledge to assist customers.
• Answer product-related questions using company-approved information.
• Sell merchandise and interact with customers according to GNC standards.
• Receive, check, and shelve merchandise; maintain store cleanliness.
• Complete customer transactions using the POS register system.
• Perform register open/close functions and bank deposits.
• Train new employees and conduct interviews.
• Perform job assessments for staff.
• Complete daily, weekly, and monthly operational tasks for management.
