As the first-line operational supervisor, the Team Leader sets the example for the team by maintaining visibility and interacting with guests, modeling a guest-first attitude, and ensuring the timeliness and accuracy of all orders. The role also involves handling guest complaints effectively, motivating employees, and maintaining a friendly and safe restaurant environment.
